August 1st, 2007 - We had a minor issue with the email server not allowing people to log in for about 30 minutes (around 1 pm). This has been resolved. Just re-enter your email address and Password to log in again.
July 30th, 2007 - We have received notice that our legitimate email servers have once again (three times this month) been banned by the lame Sorbs third party spam lists. If you are having any problem getting or sending email to any one specific person you should ask them to tell their email server tech support team to STOP using the lame Sorbs spam list. If you wish to have a reason - simply do a Google search for "Sorbs sucks" to find out plenty of reasons why this list should never be used by any professional email service. We have requested (once again) to be removed (this takes 48 hours) - but most likely will be put back on the list before the week is out.
July 28th, 2007 - DNS Servers down. Web site and email outage from 2AM until 10AM while support staff worked to resolve the outage.
May 15th, 2007 - Email Server issues. A few customers had intermittent email services. A reboot of the new email server resolved the issue.
Mid May, 2007 - Upgrade all Servers. During this period of time all web sites and email services will be moved to new more powerful servers. No email will be lost during the transition however some delays may occur. No web sites will be offline at anytime. SQL server will not move.
December 20th, 2006 - SMTP issue. After an Email Server Software Update the SMTP (outbound email functions) would occasionally just stop for no apparent reason. Tech support for the Email Server Program has released a Fix for the issue and it will be applied during the slow email traffic hours tonight. This will resolve the issue and it should not happen again.
December 3rd, 2006 - DNS issue. Domain names were not resolving to our servers in the mid-afternoon timeframe for some parts of the world. Technicians were aware of the problem the minute it happen and were working immediately to restore full DNS service. While some customers could not access email servers due to this DNS issue - all inbound email appeared to be working properly.
November 20, 2006 - It has come to our attention that Email sent from our system to @worldnet.att.net are currently blocked due to someone reporting email from our servers as spam. We have reported the issue and are working with AT&T at this time to have the ban removed and get onto their "do-not-block" list.
November 11, 2006 - Users may notice an increased spike in the amount of spam going into their inboxes. This is a well documented issue that spam has increased across the Internet on a whole up to 450% over the past two weeks. Please note that you may experience delays on your email while this extra traffic puts more of a load on other email systems (i.e.- cable, DSL and Hotmail type services) which may slow email from arriving at our servers. Our systems are currently experiencing no significant slow down what-so-ever in either inbound or outbound traffic.
July 13-14, 2006 - Email services - SURBL filters were offline for 24 hours - users may have noticed an increase in spam in their inbox. SURBL filters are back online and working.
June 08-09, 2006 - SQL Servers upgraded to SQL 2005. No databases were offline at any time. Migration of databases during off-peak hours.
August 22-24th, 2005 - Urchin reports service had an interruption due to Microsoft Service Pack incorrectly setting the firewall for the correct port to allow browser access to the Urchin Stats sign in page. All stats we recorded properly during this time.
November 13-15th, 2004 - Service had staggered connectivity due to changes in DNS settings across the Internet as we upgraded all web sites to our new servers and systems. For most customer accounts the changes were transparent and occurred completely in the background however for a few there was a slight email outage during the changeover. We hope the upgrades to our backbone speed and size and powerful new servers will make up for this inconvenience.
