We have found that after a five to ten minute walk through of our ASP Shopping Cart software control panel that most all our customers were able to continue on their own with no more interaction from us. The ASP cart manuals are written in an easy to use style and are a great benefit to end users for changing their own features, look & feel and processes. Of course if you need any assistance or even custom coding changes we are not very far away. And of course if you need us to design and install the entire web site and shopping cart pachage - "We do it all for you!" - with our design and hosting pachages.
