In FP:
Open the page you want the flash movie on. Click on the place where you want to insert it.
On the menu at the top of the page go to INSERT | WEB COMPONENT | ADVANCED CONTROLS | PLUG-IN
After that is selected you will get a window that will allow you to browse to the .SWF file.
There are many changes that you can make to the code in HTML view after that. Simply highlight the PLUG-IN with your mouse in the regular view window then switch to HTML view and look at the highlighted area for the exact code.
