Many people ask about what version of the extensions are we running.
The FP extensions are installed on our servers, otherwise you would not be able to log in with FP.
We will upgrade to the latest version of the extensions at some point, but we almost always wait until the first service pack is released from Microsoft before installing anything.
The reason for this is that MS expects us to do the beta testing on their products by releasing them before extensive testing is done. When we find a problem we have to use our resources to help MS find a solution to their problem. This would increase our technical administration costs and ultimately have to be passed down to our customers.
So to keep our overhead and prices low, to insure you a quality of service and a guaranteed uptime, we do not do Beta testing on new MS products with our live servers.
We test all new versions of everything on development servers long before they ever get to our online environment.
