TeleSites.net allows you to select a payment plan that suites your needs. Monthly plans are conveniently charged to a credit or debit card each month on the renewal date of the date your site is installed on our servers. Annual plans are available with two months free (12 months for the price or 10) and a simple annual charge to your credit or debit card. Quarterly plans are also available but there is no discount just the convenience of a quarterly debit.
TeleSites.net uses an AutoPay system to automatically debit your credit or debit card at the renewal date of your hosting plan. By purchasing one of our hosting plans you agree to allow TeleSites.net to automatically debit on the renewal date of your hosting package without invoice or statement.
TeleSites.net does not invoice or send statements except for some annual plans. By using our AutoPay system and not sending invoices we can keep our office staff to a minimum and pass the savings along to our clients.
Should you decide to terminate your hosting plan with TeleSites.net then you should advise us prior to your monthly or annual billing date. Any portion of any unused month is not refundable and we do not pro-rate for sections of months that are unused.
TeleSites.net will complete your domain name registration and pay your renewal fees as part of your hosting plan for as long as you host with us. TeleSites.net is a fully qualified Domain Name Registrar and as such can acquire and maintain your domain names for you. TeleSites.net will register the domain names in our company name in order to facilitate ease of access and to keep our clients from receiving spam email and fraudulent renewal forms (a common practice) by standard mail. If you would rather have the domain name registered in your company name - this is no problem; just be aware of the aforementioned problems associated with that. We can easily use your account information and continue to be the Registrar of your domain name(s).
